"Stayed on a Sunday evening, booked a suite with breakfast. The room was more a large room than a traditional suite. The hotel and room was clean but felt like tired. Attempted to go to the bar which is in the basement, it was unattended so ended up leaving and going to a bar down the road. Overall stay was okay, no issues but would not come back."

"Lovely new hotel in renovated, historical surroundings! My room was gorgeous, the shower was large and had really nice product, the staff were helpful (although there was some confusion about how often the room got cleaned and it if was possible to request a greater frequency). Note: they need to staff more people for the restaurant. It's a beautiful place but if there's only one person managing orders, billing, and the espresso bar, they're going to be stressed. "You don’t actually meet any staff but emails and notices at the property are good. Great location, decent accommodation and well equipped room/ apartment. My only request would be a new washing up sponge and a clean tea towel but that’s just a thought. We would definitely return."

"Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. "I arrived and someone was already in my room, after them being told their room wasn't ready and being put into ours. We were then told that we could go into another room and the room had not even been cleaned. The window also didn’t shut and the door handle had fallen off the window so was very cold thought the night. Will not be returning "
