"The highlight of our trip was the staff! The staff was so friendly and understanding. My wife has GI issues and one night she had an accident and it’s never easy telling horns she had an accident but the night manager was very sympathetic to the situation and was reassuring me that it wasn’t a problem, “you can’t control what you can’t control.” So huge shout out to Quentin for showing us some compassion and being so sympathetic to the situation.
