"Inside looks great. Outside had a funky smell during my stay"

"On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!"

"TERRIBLE. The pool was under remodeling and not accessible, the outdoor terrace was not available either, there are only two elevators and one was only working, the lines for the elevator. No point of having amenities if you cannot use them. Considering that the amenities were not accessible they should’ve at the very least offered a breakfast voucher. Do not stay here"

"The room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the sink was clogged, and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk, but they told me they were out of stock. This property does not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay."

"Breakfast was just okay. Not that many choices but since free they do okay. Hotel is older than I imagined - online photos are deceiving. Only one (1) elevator but the wait wasn’t too long; can just imagine how it would be w/ 1 elevator if hotel was very busy. Staff assistance came through for me — no microwaves in room but they sent one up to my room when I asked."
