"I really liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I wish there was a full length mirror. I also wish there was somewhere to unpack my stuff & more hanging space. The best part was that it was a 4 min walk to the bus to Main street Flushing & a deli/convenience store Also only about a 6 min walk to College Park with tons of delicious mom & pop diners/restaurants, discount stores, groceries, market/delis. I would stay here...

"I felt i hit a brick wall when I asked about a later checkout time after our 1 week stay. I needed a better understanding of by I would be charged for an entire day, instead of an hourly rate."

"The TV was a chief issue. I was with my four-year-old son and could not make heads or tails of the TV. It was almost dysfunctional in terms of the process to turn it on and to affect the volume."

"This property is really nice. This is something good for a long stay since room Is beautiful, clean, well maintained, looks new, and staff are nice. It is also affordable. The room is cold, the TV has netflix and big, toiletries are available, therenis also a pantry or kitchen area for basic needs."

"The staff at this hotel were exceptional. AJ and Albert were especially helpful- sharing tips about the train and subway, giving directions, making recommendations to local restaurants and just making us feel welcomed. Every staff member we passed greeted us with a smile."

"My daughters had a two-night stay and reported that the accommodations were pleasant and ideally situated near LGA and the concert venue. They also found the shuttle service to be quite convenient."

"The room was clean and perfect for our trip. Having it so close to the subway entrance was super helpful we didn’t take a single Uber the whole trip. There were cute coffee shops, spas, organic grocery stores, and cafes all within walking distance. The staff were all kind and helpful. They make a point to be a more sustainable hotel and you can actually see proof of that in a bunch of little ways that I appreciated while staying there."

"Room was very clean and the check-in was seamless. Rooms were fairly sound proof as I couldn't hear much from the airport or other rooms aside from the front doors closing!"

"So disappointing to find out that the shuttle was completely useless to us. They only drop off to some locations some times. There is definitely a lack of communication on that. We had to pay an uber every time. Disappointed! We did better staying in Manhattan and riding the bus to the Corona Park area."

"They were amazing! Our plane was delayed 3 hours but they still had the shuttle ready for us, and the staff was understanding and helpful."

"The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason."
