The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours).
The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night).
The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel.
The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you!
However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains.
We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized.
We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes.
There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice).
There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas.
The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished.
Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!
