"On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!"

"Breakfast was just okay. Not that many choices but since free they do okay. Hotel is older than I imagined - online photos are deceiving. Only one (1) elevator but the wait wasn’t too long; can just imagine how it would be w/ 1 elevator if hotel was very busy. Staff assistance came through for me — no microwaves in room but they sent one up to my room when I asked."

"I always stay here when visiting my son in school. It has everything I need for a short term stay - microwave, coffee maker, fridge and an excellent (firm) bed. Plenty of free parking and a wonderful Chinese restaurant next door. The AC and heat system can be a bit noisy. And while there is nothing ‘fancy’ about the place and the walkway to the rooms could use some sprucing up, that is nothing compared to the convenience, friendliness and efficiency of the Manhasset Travelodge. "TERRIBLE. The pool was under remodeling and not accessible, the outdoor terrace was not available either, there are only two elevators and one was only working, the lines for the elevator. No point of having amenities if you cannot use them. Considering that the amenities were not accessible they should’ve at the very least offered a breakfast voucher. Do not stay here"

"Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience much of the amenities because we just need a place to sleep do to an overnight flight. But it seem like a nice hotel, I would stay there again."

"The room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the sink was clogged, and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk, but they told me they were out of stock. This property does not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay."

"This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice."

"This place is clean, the staff is nice and the floors inside are quiet. It's nice for a short stay and it's simple, nothing flashy. The restaurant was good and the pricing was as expected for a hotel. Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. Hot water and the shower pressure up on the third floor was great. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The only negative thing I can say is that our room was on the northern boulevard side and the road noise in the early morning was pretty loud...

"Wonderful, comfortable, and pleasant stay with my family at this location. Breakfast was a little more than anticipated as far as cost for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I do wish they had kaiser rolls instead of a hamburger style bun for the sandwich. The bed was amazing and I absolutely loved how hot the shower got. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the Queens area."
