"I’ve stayed at Hotel Berchielli at least 6 times. The location is perfect and the staff are amazing. They always remember me. The two ladies at the front desk were so awesome when my luggage was lost by the airlines. This hotel isn’t super fancy and doesn’t need to be. Good clean rooms. Great breakfast. Great location. Fantastic staff! I do wish the tv had at least one English speaking station but that’s so minor and obviously doesn’t keep me from coming back year after year:)"

"Stay was great, location is amazing! Right across the bridge from downtown and has tons of popular spots close by. Some suggestions I have are to have screens on the windows in the room, since Florence has so many mosquitoes. This would prevent most of them from entering and create a better room temperature. The air conditioner did not work for us, but I am willing to chalk that up to user error. Shower drain got easily clogged, even after clearing it out. Overall I would recommend this location...

"From the friendly staff that greeted us at check in, to them facilitating an early check in to their continued hospitality throughout, I have to say that the staff made this trip to Florence really enjoyable. The location right next to Port Vecchio is hard to beat. The room we had was clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was awesome. Great experience overall. "
