"The location of this hotel is just perfect, right over the Ponte Vecchio bridge, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is a beautiful hotel, with a large, gorgeous room. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You really could not get a better location, everything was just a few minutes walk."

"Wow! Loved this place. Staff was so helpful, breakfast buffet was out of this world, dinners were really nice, and room (suite) was really comfortable. The garden area is pretty and quiet (except for the dulcet sound of the bells from the Duomo. Dolce vita!). The pool is small, but we weren’t there to swim, and pools are hard to find period in Europe. Close to all of the sites (walking distance). Didn’t try the spa, but that probably adds to the experience. Yeah, I’d go back for sure."
