"I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and a quick walk to the metro, attractions and many dining options. The room provided many extra amenities such as water, coffee and bathroom slippers. The air conditioning unit in my room was very weak but kept the room tolerable. In hindsight, I should have asked for a fan. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again."

Right in the heart of Florence. 90% of all that Florence has to offer The shops, Piazza, the churches were all within literally if not, five minute walk and no more then 15 minutes. To the central train station if you walk 20 minutes. However, we cab it 10 minutes.$15euros well worth it. We stayed on the sixth floor, which they referred to as the penthouse. Our room two bedrooms, one bathroom kitchenette, one big balcony that connect to the two bedrooms....

"First of all we had to wait for 10 minutes to actually gain access to the apartment, even though our communication was very clear as to when we would arrive. The property had a lot of dust , eg on chandeliers, vents, and needed a thorough clean. If you want to sleep in the room with the double bed bring ear plugs because you can hear everything that is happening upstairs…. The conversations, walking around, moving furniture etc. The air conditioning unit in the room with 2 single beds hardly...

The bellman tried and was most helpful but he couldn’t get it to work either. Breakfast was delicious however confusing on how to order. No signs or information provided. I’d stay again for the room, view and location and hope they work to address the little things that can make them 5 stars as the property and bellman is worth 5 stars"
