"our room was always beautiful.. the food was just so so"

"Excellent resort, the staff were excellent. The pool side drink and food service made days at the pool fun and relaxing. Edgar, Ara and all the other entertainment team staff seem to have unlimited energy and were excellent with both children and adults. Rooms and common areas were always cleaned in a timely manner by the cleaning staff, and the landscaping around the resort was beautiful!"

"the highlight are the waiters for breakfast and Victor from the beach area pool is exceptional with customer service. We had to stay an extra day due to airport closure caused by hurricane Simon. The hotel id not do a good job to help with extra accomodation nd asked us to look for another option."

"Old, bed bugs, we showed a picture of it. when I reported it , the manager said sorry, the doctor is not in yet to check the bites. Can I offer water or a drink before you leave? Really??"

"We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there."

"Muy bonito buen desayuno"

"buena ubicación"

"The staff, food (& variety), pool, and accommodations were excellent. If you’re anticipating beach time though reconsider. The beach is short (15 yards) and steeply sloped to the water. The ocean can be rough as the seabed dips precipitously. Temperatures during our mid-October stay were routinely 88F with high humidity. We saw two people go into the ocean during our 7 day stay and nobody on the beach. The only way to stay cool outdoors is in the pool (which was excellent). Air...

"Awesome property and being up in the hills and the jungle, it definitely has a different vibe than some of the other resorts around PV along the coast. It’s very close to Bucerías, but is a bit of a hike from PV (about 40mins). Feels much more immersive with nature. Only downside is it’s a huge resort and a lot of walking, unless you wait for the shuttles, which do some pretty frequently. Staff are friendly and helpful, would stay here again!"
