The staff was amazing! Armando and the Armando Special kept me hydrated all week! When our flight was canceled they were very helpful and let us keep our room at a great rate!! Clean and the food was delicious! Only suggestion is we wished the coffee was like the Ziva in Cancun!

Incredible time for our family of five. True relaxation which is hard to achieve on family trips! Gorgeous setting, great staff. Loved yoga with Brenda and the entertainment team (high quality shows every single night) and the Kids Club staff (my 5yo misses them). Buffet food was unique and delicious and made from scratch. I tried many new things. And that ocean sound…sublime!

We had such a nice time here for our baby moon! All staff is extremely kind and attentive. Everything was very clean, food was great. A lot of places to get anything you could want! Great staff. Clean enough rooms. Food was pretty good and good enough variety. Expedia booking of “ocean view” room gave us the restroom/just above the children’s’ pool. We paid extra once we got to the hotel to be on the top floor.
