"Our room was very nice and the location was perfect for strolling near the Louvre, and enjoyed the holiday lights, and Notre Dame. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant as was the person taking care of breakfast. There was some noise from people on the street but it’s a busy area of Paris at the holidays. We felt safe and enjoyed our strolls in the area. We were concerned it would be in too close to tourist sites for good food but really enjoyed our two meals out nearby. "

"We enjoyed our weekend stay very much. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with very soft linens. The hot tub was terrific to soak in at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout or stay. The location was perfect for all that we planned to explore in The Marais. "

"We have recently returned from staying four nights at Hotel Amelie and we definitely picked the right hotel, from the friendly welcome by John on reception (funny guy) to the clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, really good shower with plenty of hot water and to our surprise a kettle in the room which came in handy and a fridge for our milk. We were on the 2nd floor so didn't struggle with our hand luggage but would advise any disabilities you may struggle to get up to the higher floors....
