"This hotel was excellent. It was quaint and modern at the same time. We rented two rooms with sea view and I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice and very sweet towards my grand baby. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent hotel with excellent staff, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room so requested a move which was accommodated. This room had a street view where there was a bar where a lot of shouting lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggest improving the sound proofing as the staff informed us that this was a recurring problem most Saturday nights."

"Surprise little hotel in a great location. We weren't sure how this hotel near Bilbao was going to work out, but the location was outstanding, and very interesting. Easy access to Bilbao. Highy recommend it. The hotel restaurant was a little lacking, but there were many other food options. "

"This location was excellent. Walkable to everywhere! The riverside walk was great! The staff at the hotel were very helpful, they gave us a great map with a Pintxos tour walk around the neighborhood and it was great! The "honor bar" in the lobby was a nice touch."

"Stricking design, may not be for all tastes (good fit for mine). Amazing restaurant on site (well ahead reservations a must for lunch and dinner), nice bar. Rooms on the smaller side (unless you book a junior suite or a room denominated "extra") but very comfortable. Right at the edge of the historical quarter, and short walking distance from the modern downtown where all the upscales shops and also great restaurants are. But most important, staff ois great!"

Great location in the riverside edge of the old town. Right by the main square and an easy and pleasant stroll to the Guggenheim. Would thoroughly recommend."
