"Surprise little hotel in a great location. We weren't sure how this hotel near Bilbao was going to work out, but the location was outstanding, and very interesting. Easy access to Bilbao. Highy recommend it. The hotel restaurant was a little lacking, but there were many other food options. "

"Excellent hotel with excellent staff, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room so requested a move which was accommodated. This room had a street view where there was a bar where a lot of shouting lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggest improving the sound proofing as the staff informed us that this was a recurring problem most Saturday nights."

"Brilliant location. Room had a mini bar and was spacious. If coming over from Uk/Ireland, don’t expect Tea/Coffee in the room, that not a done thing in most Spanish hotels. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating "

"The only thing that was misleading was that on your booking site it said distance to Bilbao was 5 km .This isnt true its 25km and because i was cycling i had a very late check in and alot of hassle because i cycled near Bilbao only to have over a 2 hr cycle back out north again. I wasnt happy and so please don't lie about distance "

"This location was excellent. Walkable to everywhere! The riverside walk was great! The staff at the hotel were very helpful, they gave us a great map with a Pintxos tour walk around the neighborhood and it was great! The "honor bar" in the lobby was a nice touch."
