The hotel was clean with experienced staffing. The location was also impeccable for visiting the Guggenheim or walking across the river for a pintxos crawl. Your car can be stored in the basement garage via the elevator you’ll see facing the street. Parking is extra but worth doing.

This was our second time staying at this property and it didn't disappoint! Helpful staff, comfortable room, air conditioning, welcome gift and the most amazing breakfast made our stay so pleasant. The bar and restaurant on property are an added bonus. This hotel is worth it! Walking steps to the Guggenheim as well!

I finally feel like a hotel’s star rating matches the reality of the experience. It was a wonderful stay! The staff is excellent; helpful, competent, accommodating. The design/decor and quality of the common areas was great. The room was very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower towels. I have two complaints though; you can hear everything in the hallways - talking, doors slamming - this was annoying. The room is narrow, not a lot of room to navigate around the far side of the bed.
