Cari Hotel di Negara Basque

"Artsy and new premise, but operationally and from housekeeping pov, can improve."

"We had a great experience staying in this beautiful hotel. The art throughout the property was a very special touch. The lounge spaces were intimate and comfortable and waking up to see the Guggenheim was a lovely experience."

"Staff very helpful in accommodating my questions and needs."

"The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff very helpful. We were with a group of people and rooms sizes differed greatly. Breakfast was reasonable and offered a good selection. The biggest downside was that there was no bar and no real communal area."

"Very helpful staff."

"Excellent option! close to the main attractions!"

"The hotel is in a smart residential area outside of the centre. Transport is great with a regular bus service outside of the hotel taking just 15 mins to the centre and beaches. The hotel is modern, rooms are good and breakfast is decent. There are just a couple of bars/places to eat nearby, but mainly bars as opposed to restaurants - All staff were helpful….We enjoyed our stay 👍"

"El personal fue muy atento. La habitación estaba muy limpia aunque se alcanzaba a escuchar un poco de ruido de otras habitaciones."

"Nice"

"Me dieron un cuarto en donde el baño no tenia ningun tipo de mueble ni cortina. El desayuno era un credito en un cafè cercano el sevicio no existìa. No recomensado. Nos mudamos a otro hotel con mas servicios y mas economico."

"Loved it! Clean and modern amenities"

"Beautiful hotel with ocean views."

"The stuff is very rude. Especially at the check in desk. When we came down to have breakfast they don't even say good morning. Simply just ignoring me passing by the reception. The light in the room came off the ceiling, room was really dark where my daughter slept , no window in her part of the room."
