"My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from. "I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it...

"The staff were very friendly, and the room was extremely clean. The view from the room was astonishing — I could even see the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. They were also very helpful in recommending pintxos places and showing me where to find a laundromat nearby, which I really appreciated. Although I did not have a chance to try breakfast because I had to leave very early in the morning, the taxi arrangement to the airport was perfect. I would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"Easy to navigate the city from this property. This is the old part of Bilbao and it is lovely. The mistake we made was to shop and tour the newer and trendier part of the city. The old city is a great experience and wonderful shops and restaurants. Anyway, loved the staff and the shower and beds were amazing. The hotel is small and well preserved. It is a little loud from the fifth floor facing the street, but we loved the stay and friendliness of all the people. Would love to come back...

"Hotel is 10 min walk yo the Guggenheim Museum and 20 min to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was disappointing, especially for a triple occupancy. It was quite small, and the beds were not very comfortable. Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist."
