"Stayed one night at at airport arrival. It was really close to the airport which was a great plus. Check in staff was super friendly. Restaurant was closed already but they offered late night pizzas, the pizza was really good haha. Room was spacious, big bathroom, they left a handwritten welcome note which was a really nice touch. Bathroom was good and clean. THE BED was awesome what a nice night sleep. Complete english breakfast, sausages, hash, beans, eggs, coffee, the full run. Def worth it...

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a wet room lovely bath and even a TV built in. "Stayed here a few times before having early flights from Manchester. Excellent hotel, food in the restaurant top class and the ease of booking transport to tr terminal excellent. So much better than getting a taxi at silly o'clock in the morning. This way get an extra hour or so in bed so totally refreshed for the flights. "

"Service I called before we arrived to find out if we could check in at 2m and I was told that check in time was at 2m, I also asked about parking and was informed the hotel did have parking. When we got there there was no parking and I had a dispute with receptionist about the check in time as she argued it was 3pm. She called someone and eventually allowed us to check in at 2pm. Dont expect to have a good king bed in this hotel

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
