"The room was always kept spotlessly clean, making it very comfortable. Security was excellent, the location was good, and having a Whole Foods Market right opposite was very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stop is at Bryant Park, just a two-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel."

The young Irish girl on reception (sorry we didn’t get your name) was brilliant - just overall such a good stay at the hotel. We have been returning to NYC for nearly 30 years, this was our first time here, we’d definitely return "

"All desk staff were super friendly and helpful, valet was seamless and the hotel was able to accommodate our early check in request. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Despite the proximity to Times Square (so convenient to theaters and shopping) and being close to the elevator, our room was quiet and restful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!"

"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"

"Really great hotel, very friendly staff, nice amenities, very clean, rooms are very nice with everything you need but are a very hip, functional and minimalist environment. I was in town on business and was able to work on my laptop just fine. Fast WiFi, great bed for comfortable nights sleep. Nice common areas for hanging out and meeting up with others. A good bar and good food with a nice inside store for good, drink and items forgotten. An extremely modern and fun vibe! A+"

"The staff was friendly and helpful at check in, pretty lobby, secure elevators. The room was clean and very quiet except for one very loud slamming Exit door to the stairs. That might need to be addressed. Other than the occasional loud door slam, the room was extremely quiet. The noise of the city below was not heard throughout the night. Breakfast was amazing and well organized. I would definitely stay here again."
