When I called ahead to confirm our reservation, the interaction already felt short and unwelcoming, and that same attitude continued during our stay. "Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment."

"The room was large by New York City standards. Was across the street from Eugene O’Neil theater. The staff were helpful, always available, friendly. There was free continental breakfast but we didn’t try it, we were out in the city early and stayed late. Air conditioning was comfortable. The bathroom was so large and clean."
