"When we arrived our standard twin room ended up being a queen bed and a roll cot. Not impressed at all and after an uncomfortable sleep that required putting 4 pillows on the cot, I let the staff know the room situation was unsatisfactory. They immediately found us another room and comped our breakfast. I appreciated the fast, friendly and respectful way we were treated after I lodged my complaint."

We probably should have complained about the smell, but we were gone on tours everyday! Thankfully window opened and we had bathroom spray along."
