Lovely hotel with clean, nicely appointed rooms. Bathroom was quite large and had large jacuzzi tub. The host at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and quiet. Sliding door to seperate bedroom from living area which served as a second bedroom for teenage daughter. Metro close by and plenty of places within walking distance.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The helpful receptionist informed us that public and private transportation was going to strike on the day we were leaving Rome. Within five minutes the receptionist had contacted the company that we had booked to get to the airport to ensure us that they still offered their service to the airport. Also very clean and new hotel room. I can not say one bad thing about the experience.

Lovely hotel, great location - only 10 mins from the train station and 20 mins walk from the main sightseeing locations. Very clean, modern. I arrived before check in but they took my suitcase and then moved it to my room for me when it was ready

Harry, the check in manager is just amazing with his customer service. From the moment we arrived, and even after departure. I left my pillow in the room by accident and believe it or not Harry personally drove it to my hotel for me so that I may take it back to America. Harry was very interested and concerned to provide the very best in service and he was much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to all others and I will definitely go back and stay again. It was very clean. It was very beautiful. It was very quiet in a fantastic location. Very convenient, priced right, and the works. This hotel is the bomb go for it.

First, the property is very new, the rooms are large and clean with a separate sitting area with the bathroom off of the sitting area. The pictures are accurate and the place is perfectly clean. It is worth knowing that this isn't a typical hotel with a lobby and a lobby restaurant/bar, shop, etc. The room we had was on the forth floor of a building that had offices in it. It seemed like more of a conversion of an office space into hotel rooms, but not a hotel. There wasn't a drawback for us, but some people might want a full hotel experience.

Perfect stay :)

I couldn't recommend At Forty One enough! Originally I booked because it looked so good and then got a bit worried as there aren't many reviews. But I didn't need not worry at all. The location is perfect, the interactions we had with staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make it special for our first trip away together and for my partners birthday. The room was spotless and I couldn't fault anything at all! I don't often write reviews and can be picky, but we were both so happy with our stay. They have a messaging service which means they are never far away if you have any questions too. Don't hesitate to book here - we absolutely loved it! Thank you so much!

Had a very comfortable stay. Harry checked us in and was very friendly and helpful, giving us some good tourist info. Our suite was large, modern and extremely clean. The building is in a quiet street, but walkable to many of the sights and attractions. There is also the convenience of a Metro station close by. Breakfast was just a few metres away at Timoty Drinks, which is a cool little place with plenty to eat. Would stay again.

Very clean and large room with a separate area for additional sitting/sleep. Comfortable bed. Really convenient location as the train station and the metro is all within a short walking distance. The property itself doesn't have a restaurant but there are many close by. Many tourist attractions are also within a short walking distance. Great stay for the price, thank you so much!
