"Our stay was better than expected. Only had one issue with a bathroom sink that was broken. We reported it but no one came to acknowledge. That made me wonder if it just got lost in the mix. Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to a return trip, hopefully sooner than later."

"We booked a suite for more space, but the room was dirty! They only provided three towels, even though the room was for five people! The carpet was torn! The balcony door wouldn't close! There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling! The sink was clogged! The air conditioning didn't cool the room enough, no matter how low you set it."

"Very efficient with what we needed. Parking was close to the elevator and getting to the pool and workout room was so easy. We loved the fitness center!!! Amazing hotel!"
