"I was generally satisfied with my family and I's stay at this hotel. The ironing board in our room was broken down with an old cover that needs to be replaced. Housekeeping could've been done more frequently as well. In the three nights we stayed, they never came. The front desk clerk kindly provided us fresh cloths and towels without hesitation."

"On night one in a two bed room with two guest there was only one bath towel, an extra towel was requested and was promised only for there not to be any new towel. By night two not only was there still no new towel, the room had also not been turned over even after requesting and when an extra towel was requested once more staff told us they were out of towels and to just use the hand towel. The A/C could have also been cooler."

"The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again."

I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good."
