"I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking."

"Staff was inattentive, no communication or sincere effort for customer service. Had people smoking, other than cigarettes, on stairwell next to office. Rooms left much to be desired, starting with the questionable bedspreads and pillows. Property is looking tired and in need of much TLC. I checked out very early and front desk didn’t bat an eye with my concerns. Someone left a large dog in the next room, barked all night."

"It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s."

"The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. "Great breakfasts. Room was fairly clean as it was the time before. Easy, convenient parking. Hallway carpeting was gross dirty but (barely) tolerable. Internet access for our devices was INFURIATING. We had to exit our room and walk 30' down the hall to get the initial connection established. EVERY EVENING. ALL DEVICES. How are we to check mail, pay bills, etc while on the road? Based on this pain alone, we may stay at another place for our next visit."
