"The staff was very nice! Tony Roma’s was not as nice, they refused to seat us because we had kids and the meal deal for them and told us take out only and to use the community area around the corner to eat even though we were ordering food on top of the family meal deal. They then took forever and ignored us when we were right at the counter. The grand water park was fun and the hotel was clean with lots of activities. The breakfast wasn’t kid friendly "

"Check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly & went out their way to make my stay nice. I needed an umbrella to go outside, one was available to me. I was going thorough something and the staff member was the one who actually who helped me to stop crying. There was complimentary drinks and snacks . Food was hot and fresh and tasty. Bartender Rick was Friendly and nice. Nice views. I rate this 100/10 "

"An exceptional hotel that has been renovated within the last two years. The premise exudes class and elegance. The pool and hot tub are huge as compared to other hotels I have been in. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby and bar were very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Even though the front desk clerk is also the bartender he handled the roles with ease and confidence."

"I found the surroundings rather unique.The hotel is nestled in a ravine So it felt secluded even though it was right along route twenty (Dodge avenue). I appreciated that we had a free breakfast, even though it was just a cold breakfast, I was disappointed because I was looking forward to some waffles. Front desk was very pleasant & accommodating. The only aggravation that we had was 2 of the housekeeping staff having a very loud, animated conversation in front of our room in the morning which woke us up."
