Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Issue with the pool and certain staff’s children running around screaming and hanging on the handicap pool lift. This is a pool for guests and should not be abused by staff.

We love this hotel and will stay there again! Caroline’s is one of favorite restaurants and we eat there at least once when we stay. My only complaint here is parking! There was a wedding being held and the guests took all of the parking spaces and it took us an hour to find parking, then we were scared to leave and do anything because we knew we wouldn’t be able to park again.

Have stayed many times but this time was not the best. Picked up multiple items (clothes tag, bottle cap, and ace bandage) off the floor in our room. Also the noise level was extremely loud from the adjoining room next door. Old building so trying to keep that in mind, but next time I’ll request an interior room (to avoid outside noise) as well as something that is not adjoining.
