We originally booked the water park but pivoted last minute when it was closed. Thank goodness we did! We loved this hotel! The staff was lovely and helpful, the pool was the perfect size to burn off energy, the rooms were spacious and clean, Caroline’s was delicious for breakfast, and the location couldn’t be beat. We were meeting grandparents and other family who also loved the hotel. Great charm and history. The bar and ambiance was an added bonus.

The staff is amazing. Christine is so friendly and helpful. The hotel has such character but it's still updated and clean. They have a wonderful bar downstairs in the lobby and Caroline's Restaurant is delicious. They have a huge brunch menu and everything we've ever ordered was the best we've had. Locally sourced bacon and other items. First class experience! We stay here every time we're in town.
