"the stay was uneventful and the resort is nice. i arrived later at night, and it took me 20 minutes to find my room, enlisting middle of night maintenance workers to help find my way - they had difficulty too. there is very little signage. it was comical. the property is very large with lots of buildings and rooms. for expedia users, they charge a resort fee on top of the price you are booked in at. "

"This is a great place for families with a quick Starbucks and nice restaurant options. Indoor saltwater pool was active with teens seemingly having an awesome time. Despite the ongoing construction out front in parking lot, this did not place a damper on our visit one bit. We understand the need for improvements and renovations. Would definitely stay here again!"

"All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay.
Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms.
Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around.
They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it!
