"Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. "

"We totally enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great location overlooking Lake Como. The cranes walk freely around the property. There was a hummingbird feeder by the unit and we saw several stopping by. It is also close to Mars supper club and The Getaway for dinner. We also went to 2 concert at the Belfry Music Theater. The condo was exactly as described and we enjoyed the patio every day. We hope to stay there again soon."

"Excellent place! We rented the entire house and suite and it was really amazing. Lives up to the picture. I would recommend getting the whole house and the suite for a big trip. "
