"The at thing about this hotel is location. There is an extensive breakfast and the staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the one we got had a Japanese authentic dinning area. The Onsen was okay, the great thing was the private option which is not as common in Japan. However, the place is quite dated and is begging for an upgrade…this is felt all through your the facility… Thank you to the staff for their kindness!"

When my useless hotel in Kyoto had issues with shipping my luggage to Okinawa (I was already in Hiroshima when they informed me about this) they were absolutely no help and basically told me “sucks to suck” the amazing staff somehow managed to get my luggage rerouted to the hotel and it was sitting in the lobby waiting for me the next morning. Amazing staff and amazing place. I will be coming back again one day "

"A truly unique experience that my family loved. The accommodation is over 100 years old, so it creaks, has low doorways and steep stairs but that was what made it charming. The staff were amazing at check in!"
