"We had a fantastic experience at the Copthorne Merry Hill. Our room was very comfortable with a waterside view and I was delighted to find the en-suite had a bath. The room had Tea and coffee making facilities + biscuits and a fridge containing water and 2 little bars of chocolate; delightful. The staff were really kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast (buffet style hot and continental) was delicious with continual restocking by staff. We sat outside to eat this morning. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was beautifully cooked and presented."

"Great and clean hotel"

"Nice hotel, with plenty of free parking. Within walking distance of the NEC, BP Pulse Arena and Resort World and also the train station and airport. Room was nice, clean and spacious, complimentary toiletries and a very well stocked tea tray. Good Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Nice bar and restaurant which was reasonably priced. Breakfast is buffet style and very well stocked. Food was beautiful. On site gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which is free to use for all hotel residents. All staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."

"Amazing "

"The water in the sink didn’t go down properly. I was going to repot it but when I got back it was already fixed. Plenty of parking spaces. Exit not well marked. "

"For the price could not fault anything! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Staff helpful and friendly. Had an issue with dinner but quickly resolved and given a complementary drink! Although we didn’t need to it was a lovely touch with the sign in the bathroom for complementary toiletries if you’d forgotten them. Towels soooo soft and choice of pillows for the bed."
