"Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money "

"We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Mirbeau Spa and Inn in Beacon, NY. The Spa, hotel and all the facilities were beautifully maintained. The property is brand new and the rooms were lovely. The staff were attentive and very accommodating. We enjoyed our spa services and especially loved the relaxation room with fireplace. Looking forward to visiting this property again soon."

"Room was was dirty, there had been a cat in the room and I have cat allergies, there are no other rooms to go to paint was peeling, wallpaper was peeling ,the place has no ice, no hair dryers no boxes of Kleenex no amenities at all except some soap at . This one of the was one of the most filthy properties I've ever been to . The people who go to that hotel pretty much come out of looks appeared to be criminals, not a very safe place. "The room smelled of smoke. 4 o’clock in the morning, my son had to open the window. Both of us were coughing. We checked out early."

"Miguel at the front desk was lovely. Very friendly, helpful, thorough, and fast. The bed was the best at any hotel we’ve ever been to…we are looking into buying one for our home! Only disappointment was the broken hot tub but oh well."

"Overall I rate the property as 4.5. Few things I would mention: 1. Tv streaming capability needs an upgrade to include additional streaming platforms. Only Netflix was an option and the tv did support live streaming events or programs 2. There were housekeeping carts left in the hallway which interfere with arrival and departure 3. The hotel had a strange odor 4. The sink in my room had hairs left over from a previous occupant."

"Not fancy, but very clean and it looks like it was updated recently. The location is good, as the many hotels in the area show. This is a budget friendly place, but nicer than most in that category. The staff was great, and Mike at the front desk was especially helpful. I wasn’t thrilled with the $10 fee for staying less than a week, and the $2 housekeeping fee is strange (especially since there wasn’t any during my four night stay… I didn’t need it or miss it but if you go out the way to...
