"I was upgraded to a larger room on the ground floor which was lovely and the chap on reception was extremely helpful The only shame was no kitchen at the moment but there is a Sainsbury at the garage right opposite so easy to get some food and he supplied cutlery for me A lovely place to stay while travelling"

"Good location at Cobham Services, very polite staff, the condition of the room and bathroom quite poor, however the hotel/laundry etc was clean."

"I think it’s mean to charge £10 for a quick swim ( which is what most people want) in the morning. On top of £177 which I paid for the room. The beer was meant to be Fullers Pride It was £7 per pint and was so gassy, my colleague and I couldn’t drink it. THAT is not how London Pride is served. I have stayed twice and will be looking for better value elsewhere"

"Lovely hotel and the food was great. Only thing that was a nuisance was we only had one robe and towels were for one person only. Didn't complain but if it happened again I would contact reception. No obvious disabled parking facility which is unusual in a large hotel."

"Shower black mould put me off a bit. The bed boasted a collapsed spring mattress. A kettle was provided but no cup or drinking device. I improvised by putting a teabag in it and drinking from the spout. It was after 10 pm and reception was far away. The ladies in reception were friendly and helpful."

"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."
