"Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Wie aus dem Märchen. Leider war der Service und auch die Einrichtung bzw. die Wartung nicht nach unseren Ansprüchen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätten wir uns mehr erhofft. Dies beinhaltet: - beim Check in fragten wir nach Late Check out. Natürlich waren wir bereit dafür zu zahlen. In unserem Zimmer war es nicht möglich. Als wir fragten ob möglich wäre wenn wir ein Upgrade buchen, wurde uns gesagt, dass man dann jedes einzelne Zimmer prüfen müsste und das geht nicht. -...

"The hotel was wonderful. All of the staff without exception were friendly, pleasant, courteous and helpful. I loved the Yoga sessions thank you Franny, Caroline and Laura. The hotel is out of the way, which suited us fine but it is difficult to locate and if you want shops etc the Beach Club is not for you. The curtesy bus was extremely useful."
