Plenty of parking spaces. The check in was quick and we were given a nice room with 2 double beds. The ratio price/quality is amazing. The room was very clean and a pleasant surprise was the electric socket with USB A and C port that was truly delivering the stated 3 ampere, allowing our device to fast charge. A well appreciated detail.

All 4/5 star at this be it Motel, welcoming staff, I did report, loose shower head rail and one electric socket not working. Room 112. Jane in the restaurant was exceptionally organised and went out of her way to help this elderly ex service couple, she is to be complemented on her efforts. The two single beds 4’ are exceptional. The price of £66 for a room is absolutely acceptable although I would like to see a little reduction in the price of Bfast from £15 to £10, pensioners do not eat £15 worth of Bfast. Best Western in Lostwithiel was £80 and no comparison. This hospital chain has got everything right, any visit will be positive.

We booked a suite as we were staying 3 weeks. Room was clean, and functional and loved all the extra space and 2 TV'S. The room was a bit dated. Bed was spring mattress..no topper, but had no issues sleeping. Carpet was a bit stained, but was kept clean from housekeeping. Has a small issue with toilet not flushing properly, but was fixed by the time we returned to our room. Housekeeping staff were top notch, and assisted with anything we requested right away. Would have loved to have a microwave for our long stay, but we managed. Location of hotel is excellent. Fast food restaurants close by and Aldi was very close and convenient for groceries. This was our 2nd time staying here, and there will be more bookings in the future! Thank you!
