"Great location just outside Edinburgh with public transport links into the City.
We had a double bedded twin room which was spacious with a good range of amenities.
We made good use of the swimming pool & spa facilities.
Breakfast offered a lot of variety.
The only minor niggles were no after hours food options / room service. We tried ordering from takeaways but sadly they weren’t prepared to deliver that far out?
There is a direct bus service into Edinburgh located on the busy main road...

"Having the use of the pool was great for all of us, the children loved being able to use it when we arrived and in the morning before breakfast.
The breakfast was good and staff friendly, the room was looking a little tired but clean and the grounds very nice."

"Very interesting place to stay. Amenities were great. Breakfast was great. Pool and exercise area was very nice. Would have lived to have been able to grab a drink and sit in the drawing room but very few spots available there and nothing for a family of five. Seating in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was basically unavailable for five of us too.
Staff seemed overworked, they were very friendly but were handling multiple guests at once and in a constant rush. I’m thinking they were...

"We had a lovely stay at Norton Hotel in Edinburgh. The room was ideal for our family, really spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was great too, with lots of choice. Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to say about our stay.
Would we come back? Definitely!"

"Loved here my room was facing onto the sea and beach front.
Very clean and well decorated, plenty of towels in bathroom which was also very clean, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, handwashing ans body lotion/ hand cream provided.
Swimming pool area was very clean robes were provided changing area was spotless. There weren’t sny bags for put our wet swimsuits but that was the only fault.
Receptionist helped me with a loan of an I phone charger - forgotten mine very grateful to her....
