"We paid £189 for one night and personally feel disappointed .
We had one tea bag .
No tissues or little extras that are normally in the bathroom .
The staff at reception were doing their job but not welcoming .
We came back to experience the live entertainment and cannot believe a bottle of Prosecco was £44 and no rose Prosecco .
On checkout we asked to leave our luggage and that was a real pain as three receptionists were dealing with one man.
Have had better at a premier inn"
