"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel - all the staff were so welcoming, helpful and warm. The vibrant art - historical dog portraits dominated during our stay - was a total delight, our room was so comfortable and beautiful, and the full breakfast was absolutely delicious. 10 out of 10 stars for this lovely hotel!"

"The room was spacious yet cozy, clean, and very well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were warm, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent. "

"Everything was perfect, the staff were lovely and attentive, the room beautifully clean and fabulously luxurious the breakfast devine. From beginning to end our stay was wonderful, a wonderful treat.

"The room and amenities and view and building and staff were all lovely. Very luxurious feeling hotel. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty vegetarian options.
The only downside is there's no lift/elevator and 47 plus stairs is a bit much for me but if you have no mobility issues 100 out of 10 would definitely recommend "
