"My sister and I got back to our room at Sandals Beachside Revoir, at approximately 4:20 pm on Saturday July 11, 2026 after an all day off property excursion, to the very strong smell of marijuana. We immediately reported the issue to Housekeeping and another member of staff. Housekeeping sent someone who stated she will spray the room to get rid of the odor, I told her I have terribly allergies and she could not do that while I was in the room. "Most of the staff were super helpful and most were very friendly. The place itself is very old and needs to be upgraded. The boat needs to be replaced, engine stopped while we were out in the ocean. It was scary for my family but the staff on board were resilient. It was not their fault. The boat is super old. The gym equipment is very old, needs upgrade. "Our experience would’ve been a little better if our room had hot water. The manager said that it was a problem throughout the resort. The restaurant food at the resort wasn’t very good. There private beach was being worked as they were bringing sand in when we arrived. All in all I’d give it 2 out of 5 stars. It may get better in the future after they’ve finished working on it"

"My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed that a young man who appeared to be part of the maintenance team repeatedly approached me asking for tips, which made me uncomfortable. "This is a great property, although the the apartment needs to be upgraded my stay at Fisherman Point was great. I have to mention Ms. Nicola she works in housekeeping she is amazing she really took care of us. The staff are very nice and friendly. Fisherman Point will always be my home away from home."

"It was a lovely stay overall. The sea view was absolutely amazing, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property could use a few upgrades, but if you’re not too fussy and are looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views, it’s a great place to stay. I would definitely consider coming back."
