"Positives Staff - The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Grounds - Immaculate Activities - There are many activities to choose from. You literally cant be bored unless you want to be. Food - They have a wide variety each day Negatives: Rooms - Looks and feels average. There was nothing special about it. Room Service - The quantity of itiems placed in the room fell short as if they didbt expect us. Food - While they had a wide variety, the food tasted like it could be better seasoned."

"I have been at better all-inclusive resorts than Riu Ocho Rios. They advertise 24/7 all inclusive resort. That is false advertising, no room service. There are very few employees that are pleasant with customers at the restaurants. When I checked in I asked if the two rooms were had conjoining doors and I was told yes but they were not. Building 4 is the building for families and there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs, because front desk said we can just...

"Overall had a really good experience at this resort. I wish my room was more accessible inside (only had one working electrical socket) and it was a bit cleaner (had a smell to it). Staff was nice and welcoming and the food was yummyyyy especially for my African American taste buds lol I would stay here again for sure!"

"100% worth the money! Everyone was so nice and explained everything well as it was our first stay at a resort. All of the food and drinks we had we're delicious and the perfect portions. It only got busy on Friday, so I'd recommend staying earlier in the week if you're not a fan of big crowds. The only issue is its not ADA friendly as there is a lot of walking and stairs so mobility devices can be difficult to have there"

"This is an older resort but it’s authentic to Jamaica. The staff were amazing!!! If you want to feel the relaxed feeling of being home, this is definitely the place to be. The food was delicious and the drinks were very good. The beach was tiny but nice. There’s a larger beautiful beach for people who want something bigger. The large pool was great and the water slide was really fun. We loved it that the resort was small. We will definitely be returning!! One love!!"
