EVERYTHING felt neglected. I gave this stay 2 stars because the layout of the hotel is gorgeous and still offered some type of pleasant scenery primarily due to the locations and scenery. I paid for two rooms and instantly regretted it once I got to my room. It has cobwebs allover, hair was still in the sink. Despite the maid trying her best to make the accommodations look like something, it was to no avail. The bed sheets were not cleaned but spread in such a way to hide things, in my opinion. Parts of the chair were dirty with unknown brown clumps. The draws were off the runner and lopsided. We decided to watch TV but couldn't locate the remote. We found it way under the bed in an area we couldn't get to. It should have been retrieved before anyone got into the room. My cousin and I slept in our clothes we were so unsure of the state the beds were in. The balcony was nice. There isn't much to see on the grounds. I am not sure who owns this place, but an evaluation needs to happen with better investment. I was told this was one of the oldest hotels in Ochi, but it has the potential to be great again and amongst coveted hotels. The American breakfast that came with your room purchase was sad, Toast with jelly and a beverage. I will not revisit this place until great changes are made. Expedia, I am very disappointed that your team does not update to get accurate pictures. I'll take some fault in that; I should have looked on Google reviews but what in a bind.
