"One of the worst experiences I’ve had in DR and I go yearly for family vacations. Would not recommend. Between the food needing sub-par at max, mostly staff in buffet very rude and would roll eyes if you asked them to clean a table. They would just stand their looking at you licking up someone else’s dishes just so you could sit down and get a table,"

"I wish I had more space to write all the complaints. I have never wrote a vacation complaint. This deserves attention to hopefully save the next potential guest. To summarize, Excellence Club service is not worth it. One night instead of recieving the Tomahawk steak I paid extra for, I was given a piece of filet the size of a baby carrot, You will see 2 steaks in photo. They do not look like tomahawk steaks to me! They were out of some exclusive menu items each night. 30 minute hydrotherapy...

"This was a great place to stay. The resort was very clean, the room was spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable. The outdoors theme was tropical lush landscaping surrounded by pools. The specialty restaurants were good and all inclusive. The entertainment and staff were spectacular very courteous and kind. The food quality was excellent along with the all inclusive spirits. Highly recommend this adult only resort. My husband and I will definitely return as early as next year."

"I just check out from this hotel, and I want let you know my opinions, The food excellent, the staff excellent, the room very clean and they are always on top of you to make sure that everything is ok, the room service amazing, you order something and they come right away, the resort is beautiful and can attract more people if they put mor activities, I tried to book in for others resorts and they were no rooms available and in this resort there were not to many people and for me was very rare...
