"Front desk personnel is very unprofessional and don’t care when we report any issues in the room. We reported very nasty odors in the room and don’t care they let me wait for over two hours for change my room, and no body come to move my luggage. Very minimal service to the guest and poor attentions to whatever. "

"A beautiful property and wonderful staff. However, we were bored in the evenings. This is not the place for you if you are looking for music or anything to do in the evenings. To be honest, we didn’t travel to sit in our room at 8pm, with nothing to do."

"The room were clean and renovated where i stayed. The amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi need maintenance. There is no Karaoke or night activities. The staff were rude and unwelcoming except for housekeeping. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for sleeping and relaxing or dipping yourself in the river. Bring water shoes and a life vest."
