"Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay! "

"Everything about our stay was amazing! Clean and attentive staff. Morgan really made our stay even more enjoyable. While poolside Morgan set up chairs for us multiple times, even stated he was here to spoil us. You can tell Morgan truly cares about the service he provides to hotel customers. "
