"Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money....

"Great location. Easy to find. Community are where showers and bathrooms are convenient and the rooms are super small but they work! It was a great place to stay if you arent needing to hang out at your hotel. Need a place to sit in the quad area or sleep. "

"Arrived and the first thing we appreciated was the beautiful ocean view and access right from the property. To us that surpassed any minor inconveniences around no staff onsite, or some rustic areas not perfectly maintained on the outside of the property. The terrace on top was rarely used but we took advantage of it regularly. Beautiful place to relax and watch the waves while enjoying a glass of wine. Kitchen was fully equipped. Would have been nice to have a few more seasonings other...

"This was the worst hotel we have ever encountered through Expedia. Unsafe stairs both to get to the room and within the room. We never saw a staff person anywhere. I'd call it a dump."

"I am so happy we found this place and so grateful of the staff. The room was very clean, well taken care off, in general, amazing condition. I appreciate the coffee.
