"This place decided to charge us for allegedly leaving a stain on a table. No proof, no photo provided. We checked in 4/14 around 6pm, went to dinner, came home slept and checked out 4/15 at 7am. The property message me 4/17 about a stain on a table they couldnt remove, I asked for proof and they stated they have no way to show me. Then charged my card.
We are very responsible and honest adults so if something was damaged, we would take full responsibility for it. This is not ok. "

"Vanderbilt hotel, too expensive for what they offer. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Resort fees (!!) for what reason? Room fit and finish wad pointing to a 2-3 star hotel. Noisy area around it. You will not get a quiet relaxing experience, from weird bird calling at night (all night) to leaf blower going on at 6.30 -7 am daily.
