"From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. "Just meh. There were way more things wrong than right with this hotel. Almost all the staff were rude with customer service absolutely not a priority, inuding the male server at breakfast who was visibly angry because people arrived. I saw several people give up and leave rather than continue to wait for an hour for food or attention from waitstaff. "It had been a long time I stayed here but this hotel has had better times. While the pool area is nice, it was under renovation during our stay. The beds are decent but the bathrooms are in need of a freshen up; also, curtains were kind of torn, sink had no drain stopper, shower was rusty and the mouldings need repair/replacement. "This was the second time I stayed at TYRP and it was most certainly better than the first. The staff was so helpful and the location is ideal for partying and if you have a car close to San Juan and the Condado area.
