"This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. Other than that, perfect stay! "The property is listed as having parking and it didn’t. I would’ve made better plans than the amount of money I ended up spending for my stay in old CM Juan. The staff then had the audacity to give me a discount I could use at the parking garage they recommended however payment is by phone so saving $20t was not even possible. All in all, a very expensive venture that I had not anticipated. The place was not worth the extra I paid for parking."
