"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Housekeeping could’ve done better, no attention to details about each room requirements. We had asked for toilet paper. They didn’t store the fresh drinking water & towels. Our pillows had a strong body/ hair odour smell. I told the housekeeper but she didn’t quite understand, only changed the pillowcases. "Rooms: we had 2 rooms. Both renovated, clean and spotless. Hotel: little bit outdated. It shows it's age. Staff: really really nice, helpful, polite, ready to make your holiday comfortable. Fan, the gym instructor, was so friendly Pools: well maintained and clean Garden: well maintained Food: breakfast amazing. Options for meal and dinner. Suggestions: corridors and the building can do with a renovation. There are lots of kids around the pool. Having more activities/competitions/entertainment...
