"Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food...

"The resort is located at the bottom of an hill at the end of a road. It covers a wide amount of property with several pools. There is beach access, you can rent a lounger on the beach from locals, cheap. The sand is soft and relatively clean of debris. Variety of places to eat within resort and some local restaurants. You will need to take a cab to explore other parts, beaches, markets, etc."

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

Le seul point « négatif » c’est le sol du fond piscine un peu tranchant par certain moment les enfants se sont coupés à plusieurs reprises les orteilles et doigts. Petit déjeuner très bon. "施設が古いと以前の口コミで記載されていましたが、外観としてはそのようには感じませんでした。大きい施設なのでロビーからツアーなどに参加するには海辺の客室は結構遠く感じます。ホテル内の食事は結構高いです。朝食はいろいろメニューがあり、満足でした。設備で不満を感じたのはシャワーのお湯の量でした。出口を絞ってなんとか使用しましたが、広げて使うとおじぎをして洗い流すのが大変です。洗面台は2個あり使いやすいのですが、ここは改善して欲しいところです"
