When I was booking I thought we will get on ground floor with a direct access to swimming pool as we are going to travel with 2,5 years old baby but when we get there we have been told that we are on the 2nd floor. "I enjoyed my stay at Secret Cliff Resort overall. The staff was awesome—very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. There were a couple of issues, though. The swimming pool closed at 7:00 PM, which I thought was too early. We also had a problem with the TV. The staff came to the room four different times trying to fix it and eventually replaced the TV, but unfortunately it still didn’t work. I do appreciate how hard the staff tried to resolve the problem. Despite these issues, the excellent staff and well-maintained property made the stay enjoyable."
