The resort has a peaceful boutique charm with modern comfort. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the rooftop pool with ocean views was absolutely stunning — especially at sunset. The restaurant served delicious, fresh meals daily, and the service was consistently outstanding. The spa treatments were a highlight — the oil massage, facial, and foot detox were among the best I’ve experienced anywhere, leaving me completely relaxed. Even the airport transfers were seamless and professional, with drivers who were friendly and punctual. Pacific Club feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home — a place where you’re cared for, not just accommodated. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, reflects true hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my return. "This resort is stunning. We stayed here for 10 nights, and can genuinely say this was our best hotel expereince. It is a family friendly resort, with lots of activities to keep everyone happy. 5 pools, which are all kepy very clean, and well attended by staff. The beach is just across the road, a word of caution, wait for the security guard to flag down the traffic before crossing. Breakfast was included for our stay, and we felt it was very good, lots of choice, plenty of coffee, and the wonderful staff, who greet you with a smile. As you can hopefully tell we were very impressive with this resort, and the staff who helped make it our home from home for those 10 wonderful nights in Phuket."
