"The room was cleaned and the property was beautiful. The food is overpriced and not great. Breakfast was basic, you had to get creative to make it enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and consistently helpful. I would stay again."

"This place far exceeded our expectations- the property is amazing and the staff super friendly and helpful. The lobby has the most amazing view over Patong bay. We first stayed in an oceanfront balcony room. The room was clean and spacious and right on the beachfront. There are 2 pools available to use but we noticed the infinity pool in the photos wasn’t available to us as it was for the villas. We decided to upgrade for our last 2 nights and it was so worth it. There is a private little club for the guests and the infinity pool was so nice. The staff were so attentive and we really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and snacks. It’s out of Patong a little but it’s very easy to get a taxi or grab into town. It’s much nicer staying out of the busy centre of Patong. We also had Dinner at Gritti- I highly recommend it. It’s right on the oceanfront and the food was amazing. We also had the best waiter!"

"We loved this resort. We love Thailand. The food was good the room was clean the staff was attentive when need and very kind. They even assist making sure you get across the street safely to go adventure or go to the ocean. Walking distance of 7eleven. We used grab to get around worked great."

"Great place designed for younger crowd however, very accepting if you're older like me. Nice little room with a good shower. Bed was fine but its 2 twins put together and you definitely feel the seam. I enjoyed my stay. They have happy hour and the food is good. Great location. I would stay again."

"it was convenient as they have a shuttle service that brings you to Patong where there are many restaurants. Breakfast spread was also very good and wide. Rooms that we stayed in was also very spacious and we also discovered that his hotel tend to attract more middle eastern and Indian traveller which did not affect us. Just an observation."

"Pleasant stay in Deluxe Double Room with Balcony Seaview: This hotel is conveniently located on the beach road and overlooking Patong Beach, with a wide variety of dining and drinking options nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road. The swimming pool is located at the front of the hotel and overlooks the road intersection: but I had noticed this on a previous visit to the area, so I was aware of it and it wasn't an issue. Plus, I primarily use hotels as just somewhere to sleep, so I probably wouldn't have used it anyway. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big, but a bit dark (especially for shaving) so the lighting could be improved. I was located on the first floor, so the view from my balcony included a view of the metal roof above the restaurant, but I could still clearly see the beach and the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful: shout out to housekeeping, reception and also the restaurant. My first night of sleep wasn't great, due to the noise of loud music from the passing taxis (tuk-tuk) but I discovered this was due to the sliding door not closing properly and leaving a gap: I informed reception the following morning and they were able to get it rectified quickly. I had no issues with sleeping afterwards and there are no nightclubs in the immediate vicinity, so you don't need to worry about noise from them. Room for improvement: lighting in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice hotel,"

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
